Our array is 480 watts with a 470 amp hour battery bank and a 1000 watt inverter, we are running a 22 inch lcd tv, satellite dish, dvd player, laptop, tablet, charging ipod and cell phones, xbox, chest freezer converted to a fridge, and lights 10 watt cfl's. We also have a 450 watt wind generator from gudcraft that i have not installed yet.
I am planning on using this same set up for my homestead. Are you running a 12v or 24v system? What kind of batteries are you using?
ReplyDeleteHi, we are running a 12 volt system, my batteries are from batteries plus, they are 6 volt at 235 amp hours each we have 4 of them currently, when i can afford 2 more i will be adding them, they are 155.00 apiece.
